Documents Needed by State
- Must include both the name of the shop and the address as well as match the information found on Google Maps. If there is no Google Maps information listed, you must update the listing with accurate information as well as images of the shop.
- Customers must provide complete copies of all actual licenses and certificates. Application/Approval letters or partial images of Documents will NOT be accepted. Please make sure that the documents are clear and visible.
- A photo ID must be provided for the registered agent name listed under the corresponding state's official website.
- Documents cannot be expired or expiring within a month.
